5 ideal affixes and 3 perfect staffmods, one being super rare WW. Items these days are ridiculous.

armor is a trophy too, just same the same caliber. 2 mdr plus high res, good armor too

I wonder how this comps out vs Sackshadow's artisians of the quid. Could be the new best barb helm.

Not as much dmg and up to 80 base life less minus the socket but the staffmods are nice. A magic squid 2os helm would still be better imo. Still a nice helm but for what he paid i would've added natty res instead
