I'm thinking a shield with 3 jewels like yours is best lol, having the low base mana zons do means that the mana bonus from your shield jewels actually makes quite a difference in your mana regeneration. I mean with the numbers I used before you could push your mana regen above 3mps just using jewels like yours. and a 3 eth shield is only 3.5. but the higher your base mana the more the eth would increase in value obviously, and this is all just running 300 mana (bowside)

TheBadLuitenant shield is a ZvZ shield, instead of sacrifice charms/rings/jewellery or even arm/circlet for LR he get it from the shield + he have more damage with lf on the jav and gain stats/dmg by having the lr on the shield. It is all about preference and he choose this as the best shield for his playstyle. I doubt any1 here beat him in a zvz duel ;)

I don't think I could beat him in a zvz duel lol, I just don't think putting 2 jewels that godly in a shield, and then using the last socket to gain nothing but 0.36 mana per second regeneration is a waste. But that's just me. Wrong place to discuss it anyhow right ;D

in the zvz league there were about 4-5 people oli couldnt surpass
theres many better players

I havn't duelled everyone and it was age ago I played lld zvz at east, but the only people I rank higher tier then oli in zvz that I've duelled are

ccsutton which is a hld player defended #1 spot 30 times in legit bowa league.
jawn/jon probably #1 zvz llder
guru-pvp also a hld player amazing both defensive and offensive.
then oli himself, just for his good playstyle and zon knowledge, he helped me a lot. thx man.

Oli plays with bad internet connection, he get a lot of spikes which causes heavy desynch keep that in mind.
