Does 99 ar + 100 psn compensate 6 average damage? comparing to robo naga for ww? maybe not because of the high stats req

is it too slow for conc? because amp looks great. It reaches 13 fpa with 30 ias gloves

amp doesnt proc in ww. lots of better options sadly

I feel this is actually really good right now for melee duels. i will ask around.
