since with the amulet losing the ~10 rep compared to most current patch ammies, you need a really good circlet to make it up which is generally tough to find. i usually run 17-23 on my sin since my circ has 9 rep which really helps to offset rep loss from an amulet.
that being said it being such a stupid old and unique item its worth using on any char that doesnt rely on +skill from amu, imo.
