20 15'd war axe is BIS vs zeal

20 ias war axe is best vs other concs, unless they're poor and use a mil pick already, then its still needed but to match their FPA, instead of getting 1 fpa higher.

w/o BO flail setups wont ever compete, imo, like they can at 30.

It pays off with the number of strokes. War Axe is better after 20.. 30 Hits ? Dont know ^^
