As stated in previous 1v1 tournaments, if players dont like these rules, they can agree between themselves to compete either in a different environment or with different rules, provided both players agree. the rules are for those players that either cant agree or simply bm, in which case the rules are used as an effort to enforce some degree of fairness/balance. are the rules perfect ? no. but very few things in life are perfect.

strong barbarian (w/o teleport) players have consistly performed @ eu, and back in the day they existed on east, and west. just because its not to your conformity does not mean that it is bad.


100% fair, idk what's fair at 49 since limited experience there

fair is the current status quo where every class has now either won a tournament vs strong opposition or competed in a finals(49; euro).

Sure, but Twinsen could win on an arctic blast Druid, it doesnt mean that build is viable for us casuals. Balanced should mean thst the average pilot has a fair chance against another average pilot on a diff build

sorc vs shaper on eu is more balanced then sorc vs shaper on east, i expect we can all agree on this?

any specific rules @ east?
eu is : ESFB max 65% block, no insight; DuDu 85% Res

Can we just stop the rule discussions at some point, i can't think of a bigger mood killer tbh.

Some rules are bad and i don't agree with some of them, but for the sake of simplicity i accept them. Feels like we have gone through 100 rule discussions, and maybe it's time to accept that every1 can't be satisfied with the ruleset and we can't make every build in the game balanced.

I feel like lld is fairly balanced atm, can't think of any simple rule change that will balance it more than it currently is tbh.

And pls stop with the talk about allowing tele in lld on eu, it's not needed. Just like it wasn't needed to allow lvl 59's in mld, and we all know how that turned out.
