Snow is a given in quebec so it never really paralyse anything. Beside last week's storm. Some places got 75cm of snow in the evening/night.

we get crazy snow here in Wisconsin but the main reason they close is due to school buses and the large number of rural students.

Its funny my path to work has 1/2 schoolbus route and 1/2 not. The half that buses drive on is pristine even in bad conditions, the rest is trash.
