i dont think adding a lvl to 18 will hlp as much as finding good gear . or maybe ban swaping to a res shield or sumtin like that a soso only rule

the first thought i had was it was going to be an uphill battle to try to un-nerf builds against the tight toe-to-toe 18 catagory, better to just make a range/open 20's zone with fine sc's as a defining point between OP and balanced.
and the 2nd thought i have was the very sweet/sexy 1skill 60life/60mana circlet/amulates (lvl 22), as well as 10fcr,60 mana rings and think those should be a part of the potential caster arsenal (hard to get, but worth it) but the quick and easy magefist(23) should not.

i like the idea of just being able to make these without people complaining, and i'm certain people online who matter won't make a big deal about dueling these
