why is the helm gozi ?

i hab a 1 barb / 80 life / 3 bo / 2inc speed / 2 sox helm, but still wouldnt call it gozu :X, i mean basicly a good circ or ww helm >

3sock 3ww/other skills with 60ed/18str/27dex+ cube in inventory (5bo/5shout helm + 2wc amu + 2soj +2x 2wc knifes & insight staff in switch)

More dmg , more life, more def^^, no mana problems & prereq skills ww saved
