If this spawned as jewelers it wouldve been too high level at 47 minimum. Squid suffix rolls up to 80 so this might have value, and I don't know how much value, although it's on a heavy class armor. I don't know what class wouldn't mind it.
barb, and zealer, probably wouldn't mind it. Nagas are 121 str (111 eth), and Divine Scepters are 103/93. so it'd be fine on melee characters. Fury druid too, since robo naga is the most common weapon there.
