How is it not a VPN lol, does the exact same thing. I checked on battle.net forums and it is indeed banned by tos

ur not doing what vpns do and mask ur ip/run multiple ips, ur simply achieving a more stable connection for your game.... citation please though, ive used it for 8-10 years no hassle
