Wait a minute...cant you do a land host or w/e ( really no idea what the term for it is) and the ping be ok for you both?

i once tried to do hamachi or w/e with dej (him as host)

i had ~500 ping

however i have played euro d2pk with dej and we've had the closest to fair duels you could ever have with someone half way across the world

euro d2pk is hosted on a server that is 100x better than regular d2pk and less populated than bnet servers so there is less lag

i honestly don't know

i've only done private duels with dej + his friends and i lag just as much as i lag on west which is playable

So seeminly if Michel would go there the duels could happen, except youre apparently a big scary robot.
