far from enough but hard to get more if you dont use mana boots and a crafted amu

I've less mana regen %, and I feel like it's enough good compared to the other builds I've done

you got regen on amu and boots so cant be much less or even the same

but it sucks anyway

I will be extending the deadline for the group stage by another week.
