per amazon basic wands have a chance for 2 sockets at all ilvls. but only bone and grim wands can roll 2 os, qlvl 18 and qlvl 26
but a5 can net you +2pnb wands (alvl/ilvl 40) with a chance also at lvl 18 wands.

1pnb/10ias/3bs wands
1summ/3golem/3bone armor wands
1pnb/3clay golem/3 bone armor wands
i believe also you'd have a chance at artisans/amp scepters and the like from her, as well as the off chance at 30ias/100ed cindeques and such fury weapons. malah sells all these. and could get 2pcomb/10fcr/3bh/3conc scepters, 3 os 15 rep scepters, etc. maybe could also script in 2 war cry xx str weps.
not a HUGE pool, but all can get 2 os if you make a game that fits level restricts for 30s. vendor ilvl = char lvl +5. so you could make on a lvl 35 w/ lvl 17 differences to allow 18s. not like people will PK on lvl 52 chars. or even 26 lvl difference, allowing chars 9-61. no HLDs but all LLDs allowed. 1 more to allow bels medic in lol
