true. host of the game changes, and restrict is based on current host, not the original creator.
just speculation, but this is likely due to group play pvm.
example: u make a game on new ladder at lvl 1 with +/- 5 lvls restrict, it runs 2 hours, you're now lvl 25, u dont want people lvls -4 to 6, u want people around ur lvl. so host swaps when creator leaves. and the restriction continues to change as people come and go.
