Paladin
38. NEW: Libbys' (hammerdins) may only use 15 dr vs Barbs.
39. Paladins may use thundergods vs light assa & pika sorc only).
40. Paladins with prayer and meditation skilled may not use replenish life gear.
41. NEW: Passive vigor charge is banned, but active (Vigor Charge-to-hit) is allowed. This rule does not apply vs LS Assassins.
42. Libby's can use a maximum of 80 res vs ESFB.
