against any defense base char it does. duels can last surprisingly long as i've noticed vs other conc barbs. the rep easily helps me gain back enough life to tank 1-2 more hits which can be a significant factor.
against pure damage zealors its not as significant as duels end very quickly.

All gear is legit. No dupes. He hits 10 fpa conc with IKs. Zweihander is very flexible.  Allows me to swap out belt to SoE, Deaths, eth... while still maintaing 11 fpa.
Defense shown is while concing. Only upgrades i need are on jewels in ornate and shield.
Ornate base mods are 1338 def/ dr 3/ -30 req/ 2 soc. (#1 ornate on the realms)
