Goat format is the card pool from beginning of yugioh up until release of gx... the only good gx card was cyber dragon, so everything pre cyber dragon is the general card pool... the only good decks are chaos variants though.

some day wizards will get smart and make a commander with Eminence ability to gain value on lands entering tapped and my gate tribal deck will be born.

I dont have any real cards on arena, i have only played the tutorial matches and thats about it

And as far as i saw, u cant buy the cards digitally either(singles anyways)

no you buy gems and gold and use that to buy packs and the more packs you open the more wildcards you get.
wildcards can be crafted into any card for example; you have 4 rare wildcards, and craft them into 4 sacred foundry (the red white shock land)
so on and so forth.

Not worth tbh.. i feel like id spend more for digital than paper if i need to make a fresh deck

Then again im not on to check prices let alone how many wildcards u get/how often

In terms of speaking of eligible cards in goat format era, cyber dragon is the only good card from gx.
