Give me a minute, its a long reply from me.

in brief: Its a community of friends; to the most part we welcome new users, and they become friends who we in turn help out. However, when someone comes in and steals from one of us, they are not friends and therefore they are not welcome. One user in the tournament, Bahamut^^, an outstanding user who we have all known for a long long time, has accused another of theft. This new user has not responded to the accusation. In the above instance I have taken a precautionary stance to head off possible disruptions such as the withdrawal from the tournament and/or arguments between certain users.

Look at the 1st tournament, nearly everybody in that tournament are friends with each other and they all have access to each others accounts. People meet new friends on this site, they play other games with these same users and develop friendships outside of D2. The MLD community, and indeed, most LLD communities on each of the realms, are comprised of groups of like-minded people who are for the most part, friends. We compete competitively, following a set of rules (each with their own realms or level brackets), however its founded on GM dueling in a friendly environment with trust between users in the community.

Your question is: "Scammers are banned - what does this have to do with PVP"

My answer is: Its a communty site and this little part of the community does not want its members stealing from one another. Your question should be phrased " Thieves are banned - what does this have to do with a community." Thieves promote discord and break the harmony of a community. All types of people can PVP and some can PVP better then others, and it does'nt mean that one is a saint and the other is not. The reason for the ban is because its deemed as an attack on the community when one user steals from a member of the community.

Finally, Steffer, in your instance I am not exactly negative towards your request, While several people on my friendlist really don't like you, I personally don't have many issues. However, you have to link PVP'ing with the environment that you are in. In this instance the PVP'ing is being done in a closed community between friends, its not Pub Dueling where anything goes.

it has always been like this. in all big leagues in 1.09-1.1x if you were caught ripping other people you got banned. from site and from league
i fully agree with this policy and i'm pleased to see that things are being handled the same way around here.

well to some extent it does, since by stealing items you improve your chars and thereby your chance to win duels
regardless of that fact, the point is that people who steal from others are not welcome in any community

be good at pvp somewhere else then. noone wants someone 'round who could rip you off the next time youre careless.

regarding you: i know your case and i doubt that youre a scammer too. but i didnt like you from the beginning. those "calling out noobs" topics proves me right - youre just an efamer who just needs blessing from time to time. youre lack of intelligence and youre reasonless arrogant.

ps: players i play with are friends of choice. gladly. noone has to play with idiots. this tour is NOT 100% public. not "everyone" can participate if he does not fit into the com, for example if he does not observe simple rules.
