I dont think its a distance issue, its probably related to how the internet is being routed out of your country. There are "gamer" vpns that could enhance your ping but I think you'll always be a little frustrated with your connection

Just moved to south east Asia from the US. Can I still duel with terrible ping in the Americas server or do I have to sell off my duelers :(

I've tried to make games in the Asia server and no one comes or they come with under-geared characters that get one-shot (gets old)
