the vast majority of rare bows get beat by a robo ashwood

you want some combination of:

ias to hit BP (depends on base)
ed
base max damage
sockets
-req's
ctc amp

how much of each you need depends on the base

razor bow obviously don't need -req's but it absolutely needs 2os
rune bow needs 2os AND 20 ias AND -req's (outside of prepatch bows with base max and skills)

up'd rogues bow beats ALOT of the rare bows I see people using as well, so there's that

Rogues bow doesn't get enough credit, you just gott be careful what you socket it with
