you can only get 10 rep on rare circs anyways. hitting 15 rep on magical circlets isnt really worth anything.

Always had life rep 5 or below what i checked over 400 circlets. Therefore I looked for actual highest clev for liferep (40). But didnt think of circlets +3 ilevel. :(
