It's good for aggroing in tvt situations like if you get down to that 2vs1 at the end and you are going full-on aggro, it's pretty feasible that a good zon, necro, or others could slip out of a pure aggro situation and pick them both off. Often it's not too hard to dodge and fire back at 2x mass aggroers and land easy hits for the clutch. But if one of them is spamming frost nova every few seconds it makes that escape/counter a lot less possible or near impossible if they don't have HFD, or even if they do. So it has its uses for sure, frw/rep/life are obviously the best suffixes, but frost nova charges is on par with some of those B-tier suffixes like plr

So obviously a 2vs1 could l8z it out and almost always win, but if you want to win in style and aggro em, the frost nova can be funny, stylish, and useful
