lvl 12 chars are op now even without angelics. shiver sorc and mauler are unbeatable. my top tier chars can maybe steal one or two wins vs ^starcreaft453 ones


iirc smite has always been banned, atleast in lvl 9 tourneys, people don't really care in pubs but unless i'm remembering it wrong smite was always either banned out right, or cflange was atleast banned.

isnt smite + crushing blow basically nerfed by flat dr though? I mean, it will chip you down in the beginning of the duel, but eventually the diminishing returns will likely be lower than the flat dr integer.

yeah no idea, thats why i said iirc smite was either outright banned in lvl 9 tourneys, or cflange was, i don't remember which cause its been a while.

i do know ive tested my 9s vs jacks smiter with cflange and without, and it was way fricken stronger with cflange, but i don't know the math of it or how it works or anything.

how much damage can smite do at lvl 9 (ballpark, without crushing blow)?

no clue, i play expensive highly decked out lvl 9s, not cheap ass smiters.

all i know for sure is that jacks smiter raped me with flange and i actually stood a chance when he didnt have it on nd used a flail thing instead.

Well, assuming 5 pvp smite damage + crushing blow, i dont think you can technically kill a full sigons barb with a smiter.
