A lot of conflicting rules here. You have a life rep cap with and without ES, but then say ES is not even allowed. But then you suggest that prebuffing ES is ok, just not at stash.
Also, 150 cold res cap is good in theory, but it means that you need to show all of your gear/inventory every round, just to prove that you are still following the rules. It just seems much easier to duel in nm or hell vs cold sorcs and skip all of the gear policing.
