30/10/5 dex 20 mana boots vs everything

forgot that rares can spawn with mana as well,
not sure if i ever seen such boots available on market though, but will take a look

Ive got a pair ft of 30/10/5 dex/17 mana / 40 light / 35 fire if you're on east nl

cowkings and rares come out to be the same life between the 20dex saved vs the 5dex/10fhr saved.

the benefit of rares is the resistance and other possible mods, if those arent needed then just use ck's
