im pretty sure i tested a base ED circ with the following results:

base ed circ + 24 max jewel = works fine, both ED and max apply
base ed circ + ed/max jewel = max works fine off jewel, ed only applies to Min including the base ed
base ed circ + ed/min-max jewel = untested, but i'd guess min-max would work, and all ed would not apply even base ed

also something is tickling the back of my brain about jewel order and how to avoid ed/max bug when putting in a straight ed jewel then straight max jewel. iirc the ed needs to go first, which makes sense with a base ed circ and then straight max jewel. but as ed is "applied" again when u use a ed/max jewel in base ed circ it bugs.

also Teddy i believe put a 24 max in the dclaws base ed circ, so im assuming it works based off that as well.

just buy like 2x cheap ass vlld maxers and a hel rune before testing with 20 maxers. should be able to get like some 10 maxers for 5-10 fg

honestly if i wasnt at work id toss them ur way for nothing, ive got a bunch of shitty vlld jewels i hold onto for god knows what purpose.

nah what i mean is cota had a 17 ed 4 max 4 dex jewel and a 18 ed 5 dex jewel sitting in his guest zons stash, and we had a 28 base ed 20 base frw 2os circ with maxers in it alrdy on the guest

my idea was to take the maxers out put the 2x ed dex jewels in, but didnt wanna risk the dmg being bugged and having hel'd away the maxers for nothing because one of the ed dex jewels also had 4 max in it.
