I just looked it up and could not find many, or even ANY notable awards for this film. One Japanese-only award that doesn’t take into account films from any other country, Japan, but nothing else.

but you looked at the comment section on that video and saw not one negative comment and had nothing to say about that.

the movie is great dude, if a badly cut collage of the final fight scene didn't do it for you just watch the movies yourself, then critique it with an open mind.

no idea if you've seen rurouni kenshin the anime before though, it would be hard to critique it if you know nothing of the actual anime.
