I understand the instinct to do something different with a windy. however a fury/nado hybrid isn't it. if you're already doing so little dmg that u are only using OW you might as well find a way to go 163 fcr, use bear, then shockwave. that works in HLD. and would in LLD as well its just the amount of dmg on nado u need to sac to make it work isn't worth it. but, for your idea its already baked in the cake. you need like a fcr/frw circ, 2 ele would be gravy but 1 druid could work.

2x 10 fcr rings
30 fcr viper
20 fcr mages
35 fcr spirit sword
10 fcr belt
20 fcr eyeless

170 total, and allows you to use an inferior crafted belt and still hit 165.

it's possible to ditch spirit and use spectral shard then you could use a better block shield, but honestly idk if that's worth the trade off.

people tele, shift/cast shockwave/ continue regular play because shockwave has an insane stun length and once it is applied every hurricane hit will fhr.

Wouldn't be cool if not for the absolutely insane stun length on sw where the max can be hit with 1 pt base. Even then, I think it's more used by people who feel that they have a complete and total dominance over the challenger.

Shockwave bear druid is the most OP imo. You don't need the extra nado nonsense. Slay with shockwave and summons. #1 build on east.

Stun length doesnt matter though in pvp. Stun = fhr. So you can just wsg out of it. The time it takes to shift and shockwave is lost dps imo
