Does fissure use FCR? I am guessing it does not correct? It's just a base cast rate?

Correct but it helps with summons

it uses fcr, but it has a reload time. reaching one of the fcr bp's is kinda essential otherwise youre casting super slow.

Druids have a pretty low FCR bp to so wont need much

Decent in tvt. Does damage, protects your team from charge/hammer/bowas with summons, provides life.

My advice: get a high fhr/fbr frame or you will spend most of your time failing to cast fissure

Spirit shroud + shaeled whitsans = fbr, cannot be frozen, skill, life rep stack. If you find that you are still blocking too slowly, you can go up a frame with an artisans kite of deflect (shael, shael, shael) but it will cost you more stats for max block
