I would have to go with marle over the tipster. It depends on the team comp but in a random matchup marle is more likely to mesh and produce, if everybody is instinctive and can optimize stun then it’s closer, but the same can be said for any team style and tip is more team comp dependent. what’s cool about the wof is that it’s super mobile and has swirlies up most of the time on opponents, or has the ability to hop on a momentary 1v1 matchup in teams and catch a swirly for a teammate. Also, for being a support it’s capable of clutching out 2v1s etc but it just isn’t practical with the amount of time it takes, while marle does it more consistently and in a realistic time for everybody to enjoy the tvt, so comparing the two while their full team is up i would give the edge to marle and in clutch 1vx marle gets the nod aswell
