You should have mentioned somewhere in the guide that you haven't personally killed anyone with it

Nice guide, I don’t agree on the tvt strength meter though. Any way you slice a v/t it’s going to be less valuable than say, a ww barb, any sorc, trapper, Any other din type, any zon type, necro, the list goes on.
I enjoy seeing them in tvt and it’s fun to have that type of char added to the mix rather than the same chars everytime... i’m just saying to rate them at like 9.5/10 for tvt strength is just not correct. They are more on par with like a shapeshifter... fun to have around and not 100% terrible but definitely cannot be considered for a maxed out tvt power meter

Noted, so what would you rate v/t from a scale of 1-10 regarding tvt.

Depends on team they are with and the opposing team. With a bowa 7/10 depending on other team mates also. Aggro with convic with a sorc or trapper 8/10 as long as enemy team doesn’t have stack res gear, and only if you’re willing to just kind of *be there* with conviction on. You were totally correct in your recommended team mates ofc. One sad thing about v/t which makes it less good is that it has several hard-counters like ww barb, pure charge, hammerdin that are just going to dominate it quickly and completely in the majority of duels. That’s why I am thinking I’d rather a more well-rounded team mate than one that is liable to be out of commission in the first half.

I’m just thinking if I am playing an amazon or sorc let’s say, I’d still rather a godly barb team mate or a trapper or nec. Any tier 1-2 chars are going to add more offence and defense to a team than a v/t will in most situations. V/t is super fun to have around don’t get me wrong, not trying to bash it. I think it’s great that you are encouraging it and I would love it if a lot more people cared less about winning and more about having fun with interesting builds. Also I’ll state again very nice guide. I specifically built an anti-conviction swap for my shapeshifter just because I knew you were lurking around east nl tvts ^_^. 15res/15max sellers should give you a commission

Second this

I’ll take a Hammerdin over a barb though when I’m playing on bowa

Problem with v/t is they rarely hit the magical lvl 11 fanat BP to where they REALLLLYYYYY shine in Tvt. And they lack vigor Aura/enough damage to help protect/get zons out of trouble

Edit; don’t get me wrong I really enjoy playing with a v/t teammate; way more entertaining than having a million cookie cutter chars in the game

Yeah you can just continue to aggro a zon even with a v/t sticking right by her side (for the most part).
