we got a 1/2 cow last week, and my whole chest freezer was fish. so i had to eat fish every night for like 2 weeks to clear out room for the beef. i love fish, but god damn that was a lot of fish. broiled fish, fried fish, baked fish, poached fish. fuck....

I can cook catfish so many damn ways I’d be ok

bass, crappie, and bluegills. all from our yearly trip up north. after about 4 days i just started to beer batter it. my wife tapped out after 5 days. i kept it up for another week or so, then fed the rest to my chickens raw. but got it down to about 2-3 lbs from maybe 12-15.

i'd have given it to the chickens straight away, but i have like 50 pumpkins i got from a local farmer and they need to eat those before they rot.
