You sure about 9dex? I thought it was 5dex on a ring and 9dex on an amulet.

/e also be weary of multiplying everything by .75 to get the req level. There are 1 or two where that doesnt apply. I think the only one relevant for dueling though is the IAS one on a jewel (.75*alvl = 30 but the req level is actually 31)

You are right, thanks for correction! Only up to 5dex is available for rings at lvl 30.

IIRC all items with alvl 39 have rlvl 31, so ias on jewels as you said, 9dex on rings, 20@ on shields won't be available for 30's.

The 0,75 rule was true before expansion I think and still true for most affixes but nowadays some have specific rlvl's that you have look for in the affix .txt files.

I don't know if I've ever seen 9 dex on a lvl 30 ring, even though the affix list says it should be possible. I've seen 9 dex on ammies but never seen over 5 dex on a ring lvl 30.

9 Strength
30% Single Res
Half Freeze Duration ( for Soe build)



Best ring is Angelics set

Mass Ar, 95-115 Life, 20% DTM to keep you swinging, 12% Life Rep, 10 Dex
