then you should consider a telesmiter instead
even if you use angelics and ar charms, you're going to have an extremely hard time landing hits due to the level difference in CTH formula
a level 30 smiter can hit ~6k damage and doesn't care about the formula, his main problem will be low life due to no BO

then, as goomshill said below, you need attacks that dont require AR or go through the CTH fomula.

for a lvl 30 you're limited to smiter, but u can make a lvl 39 or 49 bowa using a hybrid faith and use GA.
