24fhr/60life/dual res/2soc is good

for lvl 30 ? what build, and surely res is not needed when compared to the other options available?
a blizz sorc using the lower fcr frame is all i am coming up with off hand

Bloodfists for 86FHR vs Trappers [ not that it does much good ], vs everything else 1 frame slower is fine.

I’m not saying 24/60/dual res/2 is viable for all builds, vmagi> lld

But there are plenty of builds that can use it, asylums maul Druid for instance would have been better w/ it than the erep armor he used.

My hybrid zon uses one cause it needs fhr but still needs to retain res/life/dmg

The dmg loss from losing 1soc is worth the life gained depending on how you built the char...
