If youre going for a bm lvl30 to kill higher levels a goh smiter possibly best. The difference in char level screws over your chance to hit a lot.

/e or just do as llders do and use a normal lld bowa or mld bowa to kill higher levels.

I think hybrids started around 2010 but only shops were selling them and fancy rws like grief of honor weren't in offer.

but why speculations around

the conditions of task are just

a2 merc lvl 30 with might aura
insight partizan 250ed 6crit or eth honor lance
helm mentioned above
and find out best armor for such setup

Because of the way chance to hit calculations work, a level 30 merc won't hit high level chars even if you give it level 55 enchant and +ar gear

your best armor option is a 4os armor with 20 ed/6 str jewels
your best helmet option is 3os/20 life with 20 ed/6 str jewels

don't forget you could also just have him use peasant crown (or delirium hybrid) and spirit shroud (or enigma of peace) to give him +2 all skills (or +4) (increasing his might aura, which gives you a lot more damage)

I was thinkin bout 3sox 10fhr helm (IIRC 30fhr is break for merc)

if u wanna pk HLDs ill sell you a 39 bowa. just buy a faith of harmony. ive pk'd plenty without the faith

Game lvl restricts pk hld a lot better.

20/6's all the way is best for his dmg.

You're looking at ~350 average pvp damage from merc with this gear if he would succeed to hit, which can pose a problem.
Better maybe to boost his might aura with skills insteed. And why not a pride hybrid runeword if you can find one for even more damage boost.

Fhr doesn't matter on a 300 life Merc that takes bonus damage from players

It literally dies in one hit

That's why I was thinking of a 3 sock p ruby helm and a light plate of the squid 3x p rubied for survival. With bo it might be a 2 hit meatshield
