I would think stats would be better than max damage since ircc it doesn't have any Ed element to it. You would want more skills to increase damage. Ar would be great as well.

I see , well for fire claw im sure some thing like this wouldn't be bad?

Like stats are good too though , I like the idea great idea for sure

instead of max dmg may be fire dmg? or fire dmg + max dmg?

Elemental damage on jewels is a bad idea, learn about the mdr bug.

Fire claws gets a synergy to increase fire damage but I'm not sure if it applies to all fire damage or just fire claw fire damage. You can test on single player and see but I would guess outside fire damage doesn't affect it. If it applies to all sources of fire damage, yeah jewels like that would work well.

He is already doing elemental damage with fire claws so it doesn't matter. And for the most part that's a negligible amount of healing if it's a good enough jewel/gear to outweigh the mdr bug.

Maul is arguably the best melee druid skill. Its not that viable anymore though. Maybe on west ladder

if you're making a fireclaws you might as well skip max damage and instead go the utility route.

any build you choose will likely use sojs for max fire claw dmg and mana pool, as half or more of the time in tvt you'll be casting summons to try and boost your team with HoW or save someone with a well placed bear/doggy

Otherwise you could go full (or close to it) max dmg inv (as compared to fire dmg chars w/ frw charms) and skip sojs. bit lower fire claw dmg but far more dmg overall with added phys. similar to how I use a 3 os 20 lifer hat on shocker rather than 2off/80 life circ. u could even use something like angelics ammy + ring + wep w/ Shael. shit range but 50 ias scimtar. plus the bonuses are lowkey good, 1 skill, 75 life, 50 mana, dex, ar/lvl.

if i was building it, i'd go with 2x sojs. khalim's flail + whitstans on one side, spirit + whit on the other. frw/mana scs, frw/res scs, fire dmg scs as u can find them. spend most of hte game casting pets and HoW/oak, maul stun people, and khalims FC when u can lock them down. Run like 30 replife or more. Bear mode engaged. WSG constantly, break the spirit to like 5 duri so u can see which is which.

edit: does hurricane persist in shapeshift form? if so maybe consider getting a pelt with Hurri for aoe freeze on the non-cbf chars. you can cast armageddon in bear form, but it's really really bad. Justo (iirc, was one of the HGH boys) tried a fc/geddon hybrid and it wasn't really any good.

They actually do dmg, build it the exact same way you build a fury Druid except change the helm... you can also swap peace for vmagi. 24 max everything

Alright judging from what im reading base on a lot of your ideas and experience this pelt might be viable then?

Maul may be better but im trying to figure out what jewels would go with a hybrids fireclaw/rabies pelt like this

About the weapons you guys mentioned in conjunctions with the fireclaw mods for the pelt these would be worth mentioning?
