Basically a Kris and scimitar with 20% ias is 10 frames with 10% outside weapon ias and 9 frames with 40%.

Horadric axe is 9 frames with 25% ias.

Khalims is 8 frames with 10% ias.



For pure damage the Kris is the best option.

For speed, khalims is best.

Easiest damage and speed option is the horadric axe.

Except I'm already done with all A3 Hell quests

And I would miss out on 10 all res +2 skills

Yeah. You have to die wielding the flail then pick up the corpse after you finish meph.
