For the rep cap, if I see an es sorc or hdin with 30 rep I'm obligated to start nking as soon as you start trash talking
a 0 rep hdin already has 60 rep from meditation and an es sorc is taking 65% less damage than everyone else, meaning that 30 rep on es sorc = 49 rep for everything else

The only reason dins are allowed to hard stat prayer on east is so that 200 fg ladder hdins don't have to spend half the season looking for a medi scepter but since it's 2018 a single botter finds enough cheap 3/3/medi scepters for the entire fucking community each season

The rule about intentional ww namelock was only added to prevent elusive@jsp from competing since it's the only thing he ever learned how to do
It's not a real rule and feel free to do it if you like losing

What's the point of making a pvp char on ladder if there are no good pvpers on ladder to play against?

Fun?. Im sure you can put something not to serious together and tear people up!. Ive never played LLD on NL. Mabe its the Crazy items, time and experience of the players that keep me from it, i dont know. Are most people on NL "Good"?, Is there more games? like is it a Healthy population?. VS Ladder when it gets going.

intentional ww lock was banned since 2004ish and it was mainly because of meitou. We called it "meitou'ing" for a long time. In my duels with elusive, he never did intentional ww namelock. Only accidental

imo hdins should be limited to 0 rep and es sorc to 10. all other chars 20. but yeah... nothing will change at this point lol
