No one wants to duel it... no one plays west ladder, and no one who plays west will waste their time against that... they gave you advice about how you screwed up your char and you got butthurt cause you don’t know what ed bug is...

cold dmg is mdr bugged. you're reducing your damage with every successful hit, because every opponent will be wearing string which has 15 mdr. since you get like 0-1 cold dmg through the PVP penalty and resists that means your phys PVP dmg is reduced by 14-15 each hit. that's 14-15 life your opponent would lose per hit more without that jewel. on a zealer that's 5 times more costly of a mistake sometimes.

I really couldn't care less about any cold dmg doing lesss dmg, it doesn't effect the duel in any tangible way, the duels are whoever connects first wins, and thats where the 9200 ar comes in..
