honestly if angelics were GM it might be legitimately competitive, as is it struggles with ar vs most opponents. still it 5-0s jabbers with ease.

my fave vlld of all time though was my 100 fg hsaurus/breastplate mauler that could compete with many thousand FG sac chars that also would crack their ebug gear in the Turock era where those were common.

As someone who used to have the best jabber and TS sin (as well as the best of a few other vlld builds) my experience is that jabber is the best. TS sin might still win 40% of the time, but it's definitely not as good. I don't think anything has changed; the builds are still the same and the store bought items are only a little better than what I had.
