I would go with a War Axe against all melee. While range doesn't matter much in melee duels, it does help a lot when using charge.
I would also keep a range 5 weapon in stash for sueling casters.
Another option is using an AR/stat/life/mana ring instead of one of your angelics.
Also, Deaths won't be needed in many duels. I would keep a good fhr/life/rep belt in stash for these duels.
Just a few suggestions, looks like a good guide though.
when i played a lvl 29 chargerfor about 1 day (

), i found that the lower range of divine scepter caused charge lock more since after the first knock back, they are out of range so you can charge them again. does anyone find this to be the case?
