builds like ranger, poi dagger sin, telezerkapapa, and shocker are a tier above all else. the embarrassment tier. you cant forget an ear even if 5/4ths of your brain is damaged



at a guess, the pertinent rules are:

-no +max res for any build
-stock replife cap for all classes (except medi hard pt dins, ES sorcs has changed over the years)
-tele staff allowed all classes
-WSG allowed
-no namelock ww
-no frw caps



imo thats already in the works. prob faster than people think, my guess under the d2 remastered project. when it goes live 1 realm will go live too. otherwise why even bother with asia, to save 1 google server?

-no +max res for any build -- This ties in with teleport staffs. I dont see an issue with East Rule, except poor shaper, alas, too bad for shaper.
-tele staff allowed all classes - No issue, by allowing tele staffs you must cap max resistances. These rules go hand in hand.

With regards to the above, you are forcing players to use teleport, where they are happy NOT to use teleport. Its better to give them both options.

-stock replife cap for all classes (except medi hard pt dins, ES sorcs has changed over the years) - be specific here, how much repl for each class. If its more then 10 you must accept that you are rewarding itemlamers.

-WSG allowed - no issue apart fom that you have made Bowa's stronger.
-no namelock ww - already banned @ EU. I seem to recall east "allowed" namelock ww for a long time after eu banned it... (!)

I thought east also allows CTC Amp @ 30? I seem to recall 2 hitting a necro on east recently with James Amp Bow. good times...

ahh yes you've got it all correct, except its a stock rep cap for ALL classes, not a different one for EACH class. unless my brain is mush its been 25 replife cap on east for quite some time (or ive built my chars wrong for years). lower has been discussed but with a pcrown it can be sticky. at 20 rep cap you cant wear a perfect ammy, as +10 and +12 push u over. then u need to hunt down imperfect pcrowns, and who has time for that lol

ctc amp is allowed, does indeed favor only amazons tbh. we also have a pretty good meta built around no such thing as l8zing while amped as long as u stay in the moor.

kb is allowed too going by those crafted gloves floating around. Amp and KB on your bowa and wsg too. do it Fer... doooo it.

If Bowa's @ Eu are already strong, why allow CTC Amp, KB and WSG, and 25 repl. but hey, if its what people want...

cant even remember the last bowa that won an east tourney. TOP tier builds no doubt tho. James has the only quality bow ive seen on east with amp as well. although plenty of javs exist. boosted could have won a tourney though, he was pretty untouchable on east for a while.

There was a 2nd Amp bow recently i saw. no idea who got it. The point is those rules are favouring the itemlamer, when the tournaments should give people a "relatively" equal oppertunity to win.
If 2 Bowa's are dueling and 1 has 10 repl and the other has 25, and both are of the same skill, the one with 25 will win more duels. the community is not big enough any more for new players to catch up "i.e. ability to find those insane items in this day and age".
The same applies to Amp Bows.

Note: No Bowa has won a 30 tournament on EU.

I think boosted had that insane ed circlet for his bowa. i was very jealous.

Only problem is, what could they do about characters with the same names?

They add a number after it so it would be rio1 rio2 then you can change it... the issue is accts w/ the same name
