First Build I'll post is my plan for the 24 Libby, feel free to pick it apart:

This is basically a beefed up version of Sa_Se's and Geo's Libby from Eu 18, i think with medi and the increased hammer damage it would be even more viable.

Helm: Circ (1 pcomb / 10 fcr / 2 os dmg jeweld) [likely also have another stashed with skulls for a more hammercentric setup]

Armor: Stealth (some str buggable base depending on what else i end up with)

Belt: Rare and/or Deaths

Gloves: Bloodfists

Boots: Sanders

Ammy: 10 FCR rare

Rings: 10 fcr rares

Weapon1: 5 os war scepter (1-3 hammer, 1-3 medi, 1-3 conc)

Shield1: Steelclash (mana jeweled)

Weapon2: Cleglaws

Shield2: 4 os white shield dmg jeweld

Inv: identical to an 30 libby inv (ty frank!)
Breakpoints:

75 FCR: 25 Stealth + 10 circ + 20 rings + 10 ammy

48 FHR: 30 Bfists + 25 Stealth

65 Frw before Inv: (25 str bugged from stealth) possibly an extra 20 from circ if im lucky

I owned a 39 necro for years and only ever had 1-2 legit duels, all with Cheeseeatah who by his own words "couldnt duel his way out of a wet paper bag".

My main motivation for the both brackets though isn't really duels, ive got plenty of dueler chars already. I just know there are a lot of sweetspot items and fuuu items that pushed past reqs that i can pick up for cheap with no demand for them.

But ya i plan on building at least 2 of each so that i can at least test lol

If I am not mistaken:
15/12 small charms are level 24
3/20/15s are lvl 21

So the inventory is that of a lvl30.

I would possibly consider a medi/holyshield/charge scepter on switch if you were lucky hehe.

I'm making some on east, frank might be making some on Eu, so both sides of the pond lol

frank was talking about a 24 ss druid, would have shockwave and sanders

i already have a bunch of 39/24 gear on east otherwise id consider EU instead, plus frank donated a fuckton as well that he had.

I'd do my best to persuade you to build on EU too. At least here you have people who aren't tied to one bracket like on east. I'm sure it wouldn't take much to persuade Cavein and a couple of others to try out a niche bracket.

O ya i know kevin has the same disease for wierd chars i have lol

and i bet Sa_Se could build a whole libby just out of the leftovers from upgrading his libby
