For alot of reasons, which I am not going to get in to, Yes, any player can register with multiple characters. I'll figure out how best to incorperate this into the group phase. I guess i'll have to pm everyone since I know a few of you have multiple characters.

Users may register to the tournament with more then 1 character and are encouraged to do so. While I have not yet decided on how I will incorperate this into the group phase, thats something for me to worry about. The idea here is to get as many builds as possible competing vs every single player, give experience to some of the newer players and to promote all viable builds.
