- Are we playing ft5 as always? Or any change here as well?
- "no use of skill charges" wouldn't allow me to use tele charges on my barb. Is there any reason for that?
- I still can't find the rule which prohibits the use of Insight on ES sorcs.
- "No dupes" hopefully includes no use of items that have been socketed with duped jewels, correct?
- There is no need to prohibit jewels that grant rep life for sorcs. They have a higher level req than 30 be default. Anyways, are pskulls allowed?

no tele on barb is correct - however if you can give a reason why you think this is needed? Vs which char types?
insight is not allowed on es sorc.
good question regarding dupe jewels, ill let ferdi answer this one. However I think this is more of a rule to ban hybrid runewords.
skulls are allowed as long as you dont exceed the replen limits set.
