spirit + 17+fc amu + magefist are the superior option with whistan's
maxing mastery and putting remaining points in charged bolt (or vice versa, if you use cb a lot) is the way to go (to push ts dmg, which, after light, is your secondary source of dmg).
for pure 1v1 builds, adding a few points in telekinesis is worth considering, as it helps to maintain pressure on opponent.
also, no way around tg vs trap asn.

Say rather, its an alternative option.
your losing the mana boost from frosts for the benefit of spirit. However, I'll token and post the results of an ES Spirit build later, in this topic, for prosperity. I would have thought that your mana pool would suffer too much from losing frosts on ES, resulting in instant mana burn vs say, an ESFB.
Both builds above are for attaining max light damage. I think your build has less light damage since the synergies for lightning are funky (I presume you know this). However, again, i'll token and post the results later.
not confident adding points to TS on a ES Light is viable as it will reduce your damage vs TG users, but again, i'll show my results in screens later.
playing middle distance on vita vs Trapper, you dont die instantly when wearing TG's, and the longer the duel goes on equates to more chances to hit them.

the gained mana regeneration from warmth is worth it.
the damage loss in lightning with my build is marginal, gain in ts is substantial.
adjusting equipment (3light amu) vs tg using chars is easy enough and more efficient overall, in my experience at least.
also, asn using df on sorc is a bad idea most of the time (usually means a free hit for sorc).

Shadow out > trap > DF, MB, Trap surely. it won't work often vs skilled players, but openings always happen, thats the nature of the game.
in terms of mages, surely frosts and a fcr ring is better then the lost mana from mages vs frosts? you can get regen from crafts instead of mages.

is what alex suggested?
= 132 (so could hit the bp with a 10fcr amu)
