my ideas:

completely ban the skill charge (or at least to use it as an attack) - an option is to create a separated bracket for them

a lot of matchups ends up with total boredom... with enough replife you can avoid being killed in almost all the cases - a strict cap on rl will be necessary imo

i think its really hard to make 1v1 balanced in this bracket so 2v2 sounds more feasible

i prever 2v2, too. i like teamplay tactics such as protecting your teammate, trapping and separating your enemies etc..
banning active charge sounds good to me. also lrep should be limited. maybe something between 20 and 30. but i leave that up to you 18 experts.

how much cash does 200,000 fg equal out to?

i understand you didnt sell it vs $$, but i'm asuming thats a few grand in cash.

2v2 for sure, also 20rep is more than fair at the damage to life ratio of 18's.
