Its kinda hard to put on a cap on it. all deaths gloves users will automaticly have 75%. (which is the maximum possible reduce, right?)

You simply can't take those gloves away from them. (if you talk about bowa's or zealers)

no, but ban plr on everything except the ones that naturalyl uses death (like east does) or possibly got a sick amu with plr, no gear changes to get plr

yup, once we had a cap of 25 % psn red, but perz or some1 else did remove imo, chars which are using death gloves in their basic setups were free'd from this rule ( which seemed logicly to me )

Somehow I have the feeling people will not enter the tournament if I completely ban plr.

make it same as east, if it's not on your main gear setup, you can't use it.

ie. you can't go swap your bloodfists for death gloves, or you can't swap out ammys for one with plr
